It was so beautiful outside today it could've been May.  And what better thing to do at the beginning of "summer" than to grill veggies and eat outside!  You'll notice that I have one "messy boy" who purposely puts food on the table and then eats it, and one "tidy boy" who doesn't hardly get a speck of food off his plate. :)  We hope to enjoy many more beautiful and delicious evenings like we did tonight!

playdough play

Over the weekend I made some gluten free playdough (yes, regular playdough has wheat in it!) and since then the big boy has enjoyed making snakes and snowmen.  Today we turned our snakes into

letters. Eli made the letters L-I-J-A-H but was ready to be done before we made his E! HA! That's just what it's like working with a 2-year old :)

We enjoyed our absolutely beautiful weather this week by having a lunch picnic outside! Let me just say it is HARD to get 3 boys to look at the camera or pose in any sort of way.....so here's our lunch photo montage. :)  It's more realistic anyway. 

I also figured out why I haven't been blogging---- I normally blog during afternoon naps, but Isaac has decided to take a hugely loooong morning nap and no afternoon nap or a teeny short afternoon nap, which leaves this momma short on alone time to blog. There's my excuse. Perfectly legit  :)
