daddy's home

Matt got home from his overnight trip to Ohio and gave the boys the goodies he scored from the vendors.  Hats, lanyards, luggage tags, tape measures, and pens.  The best new "toys" ever!

donuts

The boys slept late the other morning so while they were still in bed i made DONUTS!  Eli's favorite thing to do is "help" in the kitchen so since he was sleeping I knew I could do it much faster. :)  I have a donut pan that bakes the donuts and then I topped them with a cinnamon/sugar mixture.  The boys enjoyed the donuts and I enjoyed a change from our breakfast routine. 

 Later while I was cleaning the bathroom Eli was once again "helping" me but Isaac was strangely quiet by himself.  I found out why....he had pulled a chair over to the stove and eaten the tops off the leftover donuts!  I of course took some pictures before getting him down.

At least he put them back when he was done!

I believe Eli polished off an entire avocado all by himself.

Isaac is now EXTREMELY afraid of wasps, bees, moths, bugs, dragonflys, or any other creature that could possibly fly on him.   When he's outside he constantly keeps sticks with him as a defense.

we're back!

Our computer's been on the blitz but we're back up and working again. So now you can enjoy these pictures of my 3 sweeties from our walk yesterday. 

and yes, Eli is barefoot. he INSISTS on going barefoot all.the.time.  Even on long walks.  :)
