it's a play outside kinda day

We're loving this warm-not humid-breezy sort of weather we've been having. Makes for perfect mornings spent outside.

 Esther is almost always up from her nap before the boys....so when a boy wakes up she gets to lay with them and play in their bed.  Today it was Isaac first.

it's berry pickin' time

Last Saturday we picked strawberries with our friends at Amazin' Acres in Sparta.  The weather was amazingly perfect, the company was fun, and 11 gallons of strawberries later.....I've got freezer jam to boot!

isaac held his bucket for a total of 1 second and never put a single berry in it....they ALL went his his mouth!

here he's even got 1 for each hand....just in case he runs out :)

Eli picked with Matt and as you can see DID put berries in his buckeet. Towards the end however more and more were going in his mouth too :)

Nothing better than eating lunch with a baseball helmet on backwards.  I think he resembles a storm trooper.....a cute one.

The other evening this little girl fell asleep while playing with her toys.  Now THAT's tired!

last day of CBS

Today was the last day of Community Bible Study and the 2 year old class sang a song for the ladies at the closing today.  Eli got to be in a class with his friends Brooklynn & Jordan as well as with some friends from CBS last year.  I love going to CBS because it gives me time for adult study, but also because the boys are in classes where they are loved for who they are and shown how Jesus loves.  

During the singing Eli didn't go totally "deer in the headlights" and managed to sing a few words and do     a couple hand motions :)   Btw, he's standing in the back in the green shirt.  He got shuffled in the back when they got on stage and never moved forward.  He mostly seemed in awe of the giant auditorium.
